Yes You Can Vegan Egg Replacer is a fantastic egg substitute, perfect for all of your baking needs. It's made with organic chia and is endorsed by Coeliac Australia! Each pack is equivalent to 20 eggs.

Ingredients: gluten free rice flour, organic chia flour, natural raising agents (glucono-delta lactone, potassium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate), whole algal protein.

To Replace 1 Egg: Mix 1 tbsp egg replacer with 3 tbsps room temperature water. Stir with a fork for 30 seconds.
