1. When will my order be shipped?
We ship daily and the cutoff is 9am EST. Orders placed before this will be dispatched the same day. After that will be dispatched the following day. We sometimes have a delay on Mondays due to packing orders for the whole weekend. During peak times like Easter and Christmas there may also be delays.
2. Can I use a PO Box, Parcel Locker or RMB for delivery?
No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or RMB because our courier Toll Ipec is not able to deliver to them. If that's your only option, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote to ship using Australia Post. We will use prepaid satchels to keep the price as low as possible.
3. Can I have my order shipped express?
Perth orders are shipped using an overnight courier service for no additional charge. For the rest of Australia we use Toll Ipec express satchels as our standard, apart from large orders over 6kg that may be sent by road. Orders will be left at your location if no one is there so please leave instructions if required, or consider having it delivered to a location where there is always someone there like a work address. In some instances express satchels do get separated during transit if more than one is used so please be patient if this happens. The other satchel (or 2) will be on the way. Large orders may not be shipped express but they will still go using Toll Ipec.
4. Can I pick up from your warehouse?
No, we are an online store only.
5. My parcel hasn't arrived yet?
When a parcel is dispatched, we email a tracking number to you. Please check your email for the tracking number to find out where it is. If you can't find the email check your spam folder. If you have any concerns please email us at email@example.com
6. An item I need is out of stock?
Kindly enter your email address in the out of stock section of the product page and we will send you an email when it is back in stock.
7. When is the Easter stock arriving?
The Easter stock is on the way and we expect it will arrive mid-February. If you would like to know when it's available, kindly enter your email address on the products you'd like (one from each brand will be enough) and you'll get an automatic email as soon as it arrives.
