1. When will my order be shipped?
We ship daily and the cutoff is 8am WST. Orders placed before this will be dispatched the same day. After that will be dispatched the following day. We sometimes have a delay on Mondays due to packing orders for the whole weekend. During peak times like Easter and Christmas there may also be delays.
2. Can I use a PO Box or Parcel Locker for delivery?
Yes, we use Australia Post e-Parcel for shipping throughout Australia. We are happy to ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or RMBs for no extra charge. You MAY NOT use express shipping to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or RMBs, as our express courier can only deliver to street addresses.
3. Can I have my order shipped express?
Yes. Perth orders are shipped using an overnight courier service for no additional charge. For the rest of Australia we use Toll Ipec express satchels. Orders will be left at your location if no one is there so please leave instructions if required, or consider having it delivered to a location where there is always someone there like a work address. In some instances express satchels do get separated during transit if more than one is used so please be patient if this happens. The other satchel (or 2) will be on the way. Large orders may not be shipped express.
4. Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes, you may collect your order from our warehouse in Gnangara, Perth between 9am and 4pm weekdays. Your order will still need to be placed online and will be available the following business day. Our staff will email you when it's ready for collection. If you would like to arrange this please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Pickup is $6.95 for orders less than $150 and is free for orders over $150. Unfortunately we cannot arrange same day pickup.
5. My parcel hasn't arrived yet?
When a parcel is dispatched, we email a tracking number to you. Please check your email for the tracking number to find out where it is. If you can't find the email check your spam folder. If you have any concerns please email us at email@example.com
6. An item I need is out of stock?
Kindly enter your email address in the out of stock section of the product page and we will send you an email when it is back in stock.
