1. When will my order be shipped?
We ship daily and the cutoff is 8am WST. Orders placed before this will be dispatched the same day. After that will be dispatched the following day.
2. Can I use a PO Box or Parcel Locker for delivery?
Yes, we use Australia Post e-Parcel for shipping throughout Australia. We are happy to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for no extra charge.
3. Can I have my order shipped express?
At the moment, we are not able to ship express. This will be available soon. Perth orders are however shipped using an overnight courier service.
4. Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes, you may collect your order from our warehouse in Gnangara, Perth between 9am and 4pm weekdays. Your order will still need to be placed online and will be available the following business day. Our staff will email you when it's ready for collection. If you would like to arrange this please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Pickup is $6.95 for orders less than $150 and is free for orders over $150. Unfortunately we cannot arrange same day pickup.
5. My parcel hasn't arrived yet?
When a parcel is dispatched, we email a tracking number to you. Please check your email for the tracking number to find out where it is. If you can't find the email check your spam folder. If you have any concerns please email us at email@example.com
6. An item I need is out of stock?
Kindly enter your email address in the out of stock section of the product page and we will send you an email when it is back in stock.
