FAQ
1. How much is shipping?
You can calculate your shipping quickly at the checkout by putting in your postcode only. Our shipping is weight and location based. You can get rates here and read about why we charge shipping here.
2. When will my order be shipped?
We ship daily Monday to Friday and the cutoff is 12 noon EST. Orders placed before this will be dispatched the same day. After that will be dispatched the following working day. We sometimes have a delay on Mondays and after public holidays due to packing orders for the whole weekend. During peak times like Easter and Christmas there may also be delays.
3. Can I use a PO Box, Parcel Locker or RMB for delivery?
Yes.
4. Can I have my order shipped express?
Yes, this option is available at the checkout. Please select express if ordering chocolate in summer and add an ice pack. We do not cover heat damage to chocolate in transit.
You can check delivery time frames here for Australia Post delivery to your address. The 'From' postcode to enter is 6106.
5. Can I pick up from your warehouse in Welshpool, Perth?
Yes, please choose Click & Collect at the checkout. You may collect Monday to Friday betwen 9am and 12 noon. We are not available for this afternoons, evenings, weekends or public holidays. There will be no exceptions.
6. My parcel hasn't arrived yet?
When a parcel is dispatched, we email a tracking number to you. Please check your email for the tracking number to find out where it is. If you can't find the email check your spam folder. If you have any concerns please email us at superheroes@happytummies.com.au
7. An item I need is 'Out of Stock'?
Kindly enter your email address in the out of stock section of the product page and we will send you an email when it is back in stock.
8. Is everything you sell in stock?
Yes, we only put up on our website what we have in our warehouse to sell so that we can ship orders daily. If we don't have it you won't be able to add it to your cart and our website will show 'Out of Stock'.
9. How is COVID-19 affecting Happy Tummies?
We are still operating as usual and keeping up with daily dispatch however Australia Post reports that you can expect delays in freight. You can read more here.
10. When will the 'Coming Soon' Easter stock arrive?
We're never quite sure when stock will arrive. The best way to find out is to enter your email address on the product page and our website will email you as soon as it comes in. We are expecting Plamil very late February and Moo Free not until March.
11. I want some Easter items that are 'Coming Soon'. Can I order now and add to my order later so I only pay shipping once?
No, you can only order what we have in stock and we will ship immediately.
12. An Easter product I want is 'Sold Out'. Will you be getting more?
Regular products will be re-stocked but any specialty items are sold out and will not be re-stocked.
