COVID-19 Update

Orders placed before 12 noon continue to be dispatched daily. 

If there is something you need that is out of stock, please enter your email address on the product page and we will email you when its available.

Please allow for longer transit times. Couriers are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network. You can read more on the Australia Post website here.

 



Payment

Payment on our website is by Paypal, Visa or Mastercard. No other payment methods are accepted.

We do not offer Afterpay, zipPay or any forms of payment like this and will not do so in the future.Their fees are too high for the merchant and adding them would mean we would need to increase our prices overall.

Where applicable, a GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) of 10% has been applied. All prices displayed include GST.


Delivery

Happy Tummies delivers to anywhere in Australia for the rates below including GST. These rates are inclusive of the weight of packaging that is sent with your order (eg. boxes, satchels, fill). We are happy to ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for the same price. Throughout Australia we ship with Australia Post and sometimes Toll Priority for express. If you only want us to use Australia Post, please specify in the notes section at the checkout. 

Not all express shipping will go with Toll Priority as our contract is very strict on the size and weight of orders we can send, as well as where they're going. No very small orders will go with Toll Priority and no large orders either as they have a maximum box size. Should you have a requirement that we use Toll Priority, please contact us before making your purchase as we may simply not be able to do this to your area or for your size of order.

We dispatch daily Monday to Friday and orders placed before 12 noon EST will be dispatched same day. In summer we will hold orders containing chocolate on a Friday and dispatch Monday, especially those that have selected express shipping and included an ice pack.

Australia Wide Outside Perth Metro Area - Please allow 1 - 4 business days for delivery from dispatch for express orders depending on your location. Regular shipping will take longer and an indication of time frame is provided at the checkout.

Over 5kg - Rates increase as weight does

All orders sent by Happy Tummies have a tracking ID generated for them and this will be emailed to you on the day of dispatch. You may track orders sent with Australia Post here. Toll Priority orders can be tracked here.

We will always endeavour to get your products to you as soon as possible and will notify you by email if there will be any delays. All items advertised on our web site are held in our warehouse ready for dispatch but on occasion items may be out of stock. In that instance we will contact you to discuss options.

Please check your order confirmation carefully and advise us immediately if there are any errors. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct.

Please ensure that if you are a registered user that you keep your details up to date.

Happy Tummies will not take responsibility for incorrect addresses supplied by you.

Happy Tummies does not ship internationally.

Returns

Happy Tummies will ensure that all products leave our warehouse in perfect order and will pack products to ensure they get to you in good condition. 

In the event that a product in your order arrives damaged and unedible, please notify us by email within 24 hours after you have received your delivery. We do not cover heat damage to chocolate, especially if you have selected standard shipping and not added an ice pack as recommended by us on the product pages.

Notification should be by email superheroes@happytummies.com.au. 

We do not refund products if you change your mind or it does not meet your requirements. Please choose carefully. All ingredients are listed on our website.
