We will always endeavour to get your products to you as soon as possible and will notify you by email if there will be any delays. All items advertised on our web site are held in our warehouse ready for dispatch but on occasion items may be out of stock. In that instance we will contact you to discuss options.
Please check your order confirmation carefully and advise us immediately if there are any errors. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct.
Happy Tummies will not take responsibility for incorrect addresses supplied by you and orders shipped to incorrect address that require re-shipping will need the shipping paid for again.
Orders not collected from the Post Office in time that are sent back will also be subject to a new shipping fee.
Happy Tummies will ensure that all products leave our warehouse in perfect order and will pack products to ensure they get to you in good condition.
In the event that a product in your order arrives unedible, please notify us by email within 24 hours after you have received your delivery. We do not cover heat damage to chocolate, especially if you have selected standard shipping and not added an ice pack as recommended by us on the product pages.

We do not refund products if you change your mind or it does not meet your requirements. Please choose carefully. All ingredients are listed on our website.
