    Happy Tummies delivers to anywhere in Australia for the following rates including GST. These rates are inclusive of the weight of packaging that is sent with your order (eg. boxes, satchels, fill).

    In Perth Metro we ship with PEP and for the rest of Australia we use Australia Post. You are welcome to have your parcels delivered to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for no extra charge (regular post only - this is not available for parcels sent express).

    Pickup from our warehouse is at 407 Victoria Road Malaga WA 6090. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready for collection.

    All orders sent by Happy Tummies have a tracking ID generated for them and this will be emailed to you on the day of dispatch.

    We will always endeavour to get your products to you as soon as possible and will notify you by email if there will be any delays. All items advertised on our web site are held in our warehouse ready for dispatch but on occasion items may be out of stock. In that instance we will contact you to discuss options.

    When you order heat sensitive products (like chocolates and Hoppers colours), we may not send your order until the following Monday to prevent spoilage and the products sitting in transit over the weekend. If you need your products sooner, please email Happy Tummies superheroes@happytummies.com.au or put a comment at the checkout and depending on where you live we may be able to post it sooner.

    Please check your order confirmation carefully and advise us immediately if there are any errors. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct.

    Please ensure that if you are a registered user that you keep your details up to date.

    Happy Tummies will not take responsibility for incorrect addresses supplied by you.

    Australia Wide Outside Perth Metro Area  Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery from when your order is processed (may need to allow longer if heat sensitive products included in order).

    Happy Tummies does not ship internationally.

    Please note that PEP and Toll Ipec do not re-deliver your order if you are not home - it will be left at your home in a safe location out of the weather. Please ensure if you are not happy with this arrangement that you have your order delivered to an address where there is always someone there (such as a work address).

    We do have the option with Australia Post to get signature on delivery if required for no extra expense to you. If you require this, please leave a comment in the comments section at the checkout.


    Happy Tummies will ensure that all products leave our warehouse in perfect order and will pack products to ensure they get to you in good condition. 

    In the event that a product in your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours  after you  have received your delivery and post back the damaged item within 14 days.

    Notification should be by email superheroes@happytummies.com.au. We will refund you for the postage and the returned product once we receive it if the item is deemed defective.

    We do not refund products if you change your mind or it does not meet your requirements. Please choose carefully. All ingredients are listed on our website.
