I find this flour makes a good baking flour. I've made savoury scones, blueberry muffins, scones and cake with this flour. It makes a great moist cake and muffins. Even the savoury scones turns out great as this flour makes a great dough. And I find all your baked goods last for a few days longer than with other flours. Even if you eat your leftover baked goods the next day it still tastes just as good and fresh as the day you cooked it!
