This quick and easy plant based gravy mix makes up to 6 cups. Simply mix with water, bring to the boil and stir. May also be added to casseroles for extra flavour, sprinkled over wedges before baking or even sautéed with mushrooms.
Ingredients: whole cassava flour, tomato, mushroom, onion, carrot, pumpkin, salt, corn fibre, raw sugar, celery, thyme.
To Make: Mix 1 cup (250ml) cold water and 3 tbsps (30g) gravy mix together in a small saucepan. Place on a moderate heat and bring to the boil. Simmer, stirring, for 2 minutes until gravy is thick and glossy. Serve warm.
