Ingredients: sugar, gluten free flours (maize flour, maize starch, tapioca starch, potato starch), vegetable palm oil (RSPO IP Certified), banana flakes (4%), maltodextrin (maize), raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, glucono delta-lactone), thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum), cinnamon, natural banana flavour, fibre, salt, spice.
To make: Add water, margarine and 3 eggs (or replacer).

If what you’re after banana bread that’s more like banana cake then this product is excellent! It’s a bit too high in sugar content for regular use, making it better suited as a cake.
