Gluten free, egg free and nut free cake mix
You won't believe how simple this yummy gluten free mud cake is to make. Simply add wet ingredients, mix with a spoon, pour in a pan and bake! It also includes chocolate buttons to make the ganache topping :-)
Cake Mix: sugar, gluten free flours ( rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, maize starch, maize flour), cocoa powder (10%), modified tapioca starch (1412), raising agents (500, 575), thickeners (412, 415), fibre, natural flavours, salt. Chocolate Buttons: sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder (14%), whey powder (from milk), lecithin (from soy), natural flavour.
Allergen Statement: Contains milk and soy.
To Make Cake: Add water, oil and 2 eggs (or replacer).
To Make Ganache: Add 60mls fresh cream.
