This delicious sourdough wholemeal loaf taste as close to normal as you can get
This sourdough bread is gluten free, yeast free, and a great source of fibre which promotes digestive health. The bread is made from a gluten-free sourdough starter that uses brown rice flour. It has been traditionally fermented, nurtured daily this making it rich with gut-loving friendly bacteria.
We receive the bread frozen and store in the freezer until shipped to maintain freshness. This bread has a shelf life of 30 days after thawing (which will be the day it leaves our warehouse). It's also suitable to be re-frozen.
Ingredients: water, oil (sunflower and extra virgin olive oil), corn starch, flaxseed flour, rice flour, tapioca starch, aluminium-free baking powder, fermented brown rice, sorghum flour, psyllium husk, thickeners (xanthan gum, powdered cellulose), iodised salt, sourdough culture (lactobacillus bacteria).
Allergen Statement: Baked in an environment where nuts may be present.
