Well and Good Self Raising Flour is a quality gluten free flour that will give you perfect and delicious results every time.

Ingredients: rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, sugar, non aluminium raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, glucono delta-lactone), vegetable emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl lactylate), dextrose monohydrate, modified tapioca starch, iodised salt, thickeners (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, xanthan gum).
