Gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, egg free, soy free and vegan tempura batter mix

Use this delicious tempura batter mix to coat vegetables, prawns and fish. May also be used to coat pineapple or bananas to make fritters. It's also FODMAP friendly. 

Ingredients: rice flour, maize starch, tapioca flour, sugar, sodium bicarbonate, salt. 

Allergen Statement: May contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.

To Make: Add 80mls of water and mix until smooth. Dip the foods into the batter and fry until cooked through and crisp.
