I like to make the gingerbread because it always works out perfectly. I use pumpkin purée instead of butter to lower the fat content. My husband really enjoys it.
We were pleasantly surprised with this gingerbread loaf. Full of flavour, moist and beautiful texture. Couldn't even tell that it was gluten free. Highly recommend.
