The best gingerbread cake!

I brought this mix to try as a dessert for Christmas, it was a success with everyone. Easy to prepare and bake, even the family members who don't have food allergies were impressed.

Best taste ever

A Delicious yummy treat that my whole family enjoy. I like to add fresh pear to the batter and on top as the loaf bakes for a lovely Ginger Tea bread. I get this as often as I can. Also great as mini loaves or muffins too. I am yet to try this mix as Gingerbread cookies.

Delicious gingerbread loaf.

I like to make the gingerbread because it always works out perfectly. I use pumpkin purée instead of butter to lower the fat content. My husband really enjoys it.
