These yummy gluten free bread crumbs are fabulous on chicken, meat or fish. You can either do a light crumb and simply press on to meat or for a thicker traditional crust dust in rice flour, dip in egg and then press on bread crumbs. Can also be made into suffing mix.
Ingredients: gluten free breadcrumbs (rice flour, maize flour, salt, dextrose (tapioca, maize), mineral salts (450, 500)), salt, sugar, dry parsley, mixed herbs, dry celery, capsicum, pepper, citric acid, mustard seed, vegetable oil.
