Make your own vegan rocky road at home - enough to make approximately 830g of deliciousness you wont forget in a hurry. Each kit includes white chocolate, marshmallows, chocolate cookies and raspberry lollies, as well as a recipe guide to help you make it.
Ingredients:
Free From Family Co White Chocolate 500g: raw cane sugar, palm kernel oil, tapioca starch, rice flour, chicory fibre, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, E476), natural flavours. May contain soy.
Orgran Outback Animal Chocolate Cookies 175g: raw sugar, maize starch, rice flour, palm vegetable oil, rice bran, yellow pea flour, brown rice syrup, cocoa powder (4%), psyllium husk, vegetable gum (stabiliser): guar gum, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, salt, emulsifier: vegetable derived monoglycerides, natural vanilla flavour.
Free From Family Co Raspberry Lollies 150g: glucose (maize), raw sugar, starch (maize), water, acidity regulators (331, 330), natural flavours, natural colour (163), coconut oil, carnauba wax.
Free From Fellows Mini Marshmallows 105g: sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, water, maize starch, dextrose, tapioca starch, gelling agent: carrageenan (e407), hydrolised rice protein, natural flavouring, colour: beetroot red/betanin (e162).
Allergen Statement: Ingredients in this kit may contain traces of soy.
To Make: Recipe card provided in the box. The only thing you may like to add (it's optional though) is 20g of coconut oil to make the rocky road a little easier to cut.
