These gluten free vanilla cupcakes are perfect for parties so no one misses out! Best of all, they're really easy to make and take the stress out of gluten free baking.
Ingredients:
Cake Mix: gluten free flour blend (maize flour, maize starch, rice flour, tapioca starch), sugar, palm oil (RSPO IP Certified), raising agents (glucono delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate),emulsifiers (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), natural flavour, fibre.
Frosting: sugar, maize starch, tapioca starch, natural flavour.
To Make:
Cake: Add water, margarine and 2 eggs (or replacer).
Icing: Add margarine.
