Just because you're gluten free, doesn't mean you need to miss out on yummy red velvet cupcakes! Simply mix everything with an electric mixer for 2 minutes, pour into a tray and bake! Yum!
Ingredients:
Cake Mix: gluten free flour blend (maize flour, maize starch, rice flour, tapioca starch), sugar, vegetable palm oil (RSPO IP Certified), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, glucono delta-lactone, sodium acid pyrophosphate), emulsifiers (polyglycerol ester of fatty acids, mono & diglycerides of fatty acids), cocoa powder, thickeners (distarch phosphate, guar gum, xanthan gum), fibre, natural flavour, natural colour.
Frosting: sugar, maize starch, thickener (distarch phosphate), natural flavour.
To make:
Cake: Add water, margarine and 2 eggs (or replacer).
Frosting: Add margarine.
