Make any flavour muffin you like with this Well and Good Muffin Mix. You can use any type of fruit, dried fruit or even chocolate chips! This mix may also be used to make a cake or waffles.
Ingredients: gluten free flour mix (rice, corn, potato, tapioca starch), sugar, guar gum, baking powder, vegetable emulsifier (mono and diglycerides), natural vanilla, iodised salt.
