Watch the video below and see how quick and easy this yummy chocolate fudge brownie is to make. Can be made egg free with chia seed gel or other egg substitute. To make chia seed gel to replace 1 egg add 1 tbsp chia seeds to 3 tbsps water (double for this recipe). Let it sit for 5 minutes or so until it gels. Add as you would eggs.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (36%) (sugar, sustainable palm oil, cocoa powder (15%), emulsifiers (soy lecithin, 322, 492), salt and natural vanilla flavour), gluten free self raising flour (maize starch, tapioca starch, soy flour, rice flour, raising agents (575, 501, 500)), brown sugar, cocoa powder.
Allergen Statement: Contains soy. May contain traces of nuts.
To make: Add 125mls milk of choice, 2 eggs and 1 20g butter or margarine.
