This lovely pancake mix is really easy to whip up into something fabulous. It's made with the amazing wheat free oats by Gloriously Free Oats.
Description:
This brilliant, versatile pancake mix may be made with any liquid. Simply combine equal portions of liquid and pancake mix together. You may add an egg if you like but it will work without too.
Ingredients: wholegrain oat flour (wheat free), gluten free flour blend (rice, potato and tapioca), gluten free baking powder, monk fruit, vanilla powder, cinnamon, Himalayan salt.
To Make: Mix equal amounts of dry mix and liquid together for a perfect result.
