There are so many delicious way to use gluten free crumpets other than just having them for breakfast with a slap of honey on them, although I'm pretty partial to that too!
We have the Liberate Gluten Free Crumpets at Happy Tummies that are amazingly good and are gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, tree nut free, yeast free, vegan and FODMAP friendly!
The ingredients of these crumpets are as follows:
Water, modified tapioca starch (1442), corn starch, brown rice flour, coconut cream, potato starch, hi-maize starch, apple cider vinegar, native potato flour, caster sugar, coconut oil, raising agents (baking soda (500), leavening acid (450)), sea salt, vegetable gum (guar gum), organic raw agave syrup, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin).
These crumpets are great for breakfast but can also be served at other meals or as a snack. My kids like them for afternoon tea on a chilly day after school.
