My kids love choc chip cookies, any cookies really, but chocolate is always a winner. This recipe has only four ingredients so you can't get much easier than that. You can halve the amount if you like, but I wanted to use the whole can of sweetened condensed coconut milk to avoid waste!
Feel free to try it with a different flour if you like. I particularly like the Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Flour because it's rice free which is great for my son who can't eat rice. It also doesn't have that chalky kind of feel in your mouth that some gluten free flours have - you know what I mean ;)
