Finally enjoy hot cross buns again with these delicious gluten, dairy, soy and egg free buns. Best served warm after putting in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8 - 10 minutes. Tip - brush with a dash of after before putting in the oven.
These buns have a 10 day shelf life once thawed and we will dispatch frozen. They're also suitable to be re-frozen.
Ingredients: gluten free flour blend (corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, psyllium husk, sugar, cellulose powder, iodised salt, modified tapioca, flax seed flour, baking powder, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, xanthan gum, spirulina), water, dark compound choc chip (10%) ( sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, emulisifer (sunflower lecithin), yeast, oil, vinegar, spice.
