Ingredients:
Cake Mix: gluten free flour mix (potato starch, rice flour, tapioca flour), sugar, thickeners (1412, 415, 466, 464), maltodextrin, raising agents (non aluminium) (450, 500), alkalised cocoa powder, vegetable emulsifiers (475, 471, 481), natural flavours, iodised salt, natural colour (160a).
Frosting Mix: (16.3%) {icing mixture [sugar, maize or tapioca starch, thickener (1412)], tapioca starch, alkalised cocoa powder}.
