Cake Mix Ingredients: gluten free flour mix (potato starch, rice flour, tapioca flour), sugar, thickeners (1412, 415, 466, 464), maltodextrin, raising agents (non aluminium) (450, 500), alkalised cocoa powder, vegetable emulsifiers (475, 471, 481), natural flavours, iodised salt, natural colour (160a).

Frosting Mix Ingredients: (16.3%) {icing mixture [sugar, maize or tapioca starch, thickener (1412)], tapioca starch, alkalised cocoa powder}.

To make: Add 3 eggs, butter or margarine and water.

To make icing: Add butter or margarine.
