Well and Good Premium Lemon Coconut Cake has yummy goji berry icing that tastes so good!

Ingredients Slice: gluten free flour mix (rice flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, desiccated coconut), sugar, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, calcium phosphate, sodium pyrophosphate), thickeners (non GMO tapioca starch, xanthan gum, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), natural lemon flavour (1%), vegetable emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), iodised sea salt, natural colour (turmeric).

Ingredients Icing Mix: (15.8%) icing mix (cugar, corn or tapioca Starch), non GMO modified tapioca starch, sugar, citric acid, goji berry powder (0.1%).

Allergen Statement: there are no egg or dairy powder residues in any of our products however our recipes sometimes call for eggs and / or dairy. You can use alternative ingredients for these.

To make cake: Add water, butter / margarine, 2 eggs (or egg replacer) and the zest of 1 lemon.

To make icing: add water.
