Ingredients:butter (milk), sugar, candied orange peel (10%) (orange peel 55%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifer: citric acid, preservative: sulphur dioxide), raisins (10%), rice flour, egg yolk, skimmed milk powder rehydrated, potato starch, sourdough (rice flour, water, lactobacilli, salt), corn starch, emulisifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, brewer's yeast, stabilser, sorbitol, glycerol, thickening agents (xanthane, guar), salt, artificial flavour.
