A yummy sugar free vegan jelly alternative, perfect for desserts including trifle. Simply add some cold water to dissolve the jelly crystals, add boiling water, cool to room temperature and then set in the fridge.
Ingredients: erythritol, carrageenan, citric acid (corn), potassium citrate, natural colour (beet, beta carotene), stevia extract, natural flavour (raspberry).
