Ingredients: flour blends: rice, tapioca, brown rice; starch: maize, potato, psyllium, xanthan gum, sugar, salt.
To Make: Add to this pack 130mls water, 4g instant yeast, 1 large egg, 25mls olive oil, 1 tsp white vinegar, 40mls yoghurt (or dairy free yoghurt).

I was a bit skeptical, but these were really good! Easy to make, and deliciously tender and crisp at the same time. It was so nice to finally be able to try naan bread. These will be a feature of all of our future curries. I'm about to order more so we have them in the pantry.
