Gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, egg free, yeast free, soy free, nut free and vegan plain flour
Orgran All Purpose Plain Flour has been developed to have similar characteristics and functional properties to wheat flour and the ease of use in most recipes. Use in place of wheat flour with adjustments for gluten free cooking. Depending on your recipe, some additional moisture may be required eg. addition of water eggs and / or milk, diet permitting, may provide best results.
Ingredients: maize starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, rice bran, vegetable gum (thickener): guar gum.
