Ingredients: gluten free self raising flour (maize starch, tapioca starch, soy flour, rice flour, raising agents (575, 501, 500)), sugar, icing sugar, cocoa and carmine (animal derived).
Allergen Statement: Contains soy. May contain traces of nuts.
To Make Cake: Add 40g soft butter or margarine, 140ml milk of choice and 2 eggs.
To Make Icing: Add 50g soft butter or margarine, 100g cream cheese (soy cream cheese for dairy free).
