Melinda's Red Velvet Cake Mix

I used Melinda's Red Velvet Cake Mix to make my daughter's two tired birthday cake. The mix is so easy to use and comes out so moist. Lovely taste and texture.

Melindas Decadent red velvet Cake

Very easy, and where it needs milk or butter I swapped for lactose free, as I have a lactose intolerance too. this is really good for time poor shift workers who then, turn around and drive 3hrs to check up on elderly parents ( mum has Ulcerative cholitis/parkinsons) so treats that are not going to upset their tummies is great.
