Gluten free pizza base mix

This mix is super easy to make and really yummy! Top with your favourite gluten free toppings and enjoy delicious home made pizza in a flash.


Mix: whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain millet flour, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, cane sugar, xanthan gum, sea salt, guar gum (E412).

Yeast: yeast, sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid.

To Make: Add water, 2 eggs - or egg replacer, olive oil and yeast (enclosed).
