Ingredients:
Cake Mix:sugar, gluten free flour blend (rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, maize starch, maize flour), cocoa powder (9.8%), raising agents (glucono delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate), thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), natural flavours, salt, fibre.
Ganache: sugar, tapioca starch, cocoa powder (6%), burnt sugar.
To make:Add water, oil and 2 eggs (or replacer). For ganache, add butter or margarine and water.
