This delicious bread is fantastic straight from the packet or toasted.
We receive the bread frozen and store in the freezer until shipped to maintain freshness. This bread has a shelf life of 14 days after thawing (which will be the day it leaves our warehouse - please choose express shipping if you purchase this product). It's also suitable to be re-frozen.
Ingredients: gluten free flour blend (corn starch, tapioca starch, cellulose powder, xanthan gum, potato flour, brown sugar, psyllium husk,baking powder, iodised sea salt, buckwheat flour, flax seed flour, spirulina), vegetable oil, vinegar, yeast.
