Finally enjoy hot cross buns again with these delicious gluten, dairy, soy and egg free buns. Best served warm after putting in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8 - 10 minutes. Tip - brush with a dash of after before putting in the oven.
These buns have an 18 day shelf life once thawed and we will dispatch frozen. They're also suitable to be re-frozen.
Ingredients: gluten free flour blend (corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose powder, xanthan gum, psyllium husk,baking powder, buckwheat flour, flax seed flour, spirulina, mono and diglycerides)), water, choc chips (10%) (sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, emulisifer (sunflower lecithin)), sugar, vegetable oil (canola), yeast, vinegar, rice malt, iodised salt, spices.
Allergen Statement: Contains yeast. The choc chips used in this product are produced on an allergen free line in a facility that also processes products that contain peanuts, tree nuts and dairy.
