Whip up a batch of delicious gluten free scones for afternoon tea. Make with mineral water and add a handful of cheese for a savoury version. Yum!Ingredients: Wild Sourdough 1-to-1 Baking Flour (non-GMO maize starch, potato starch, non-GMO Australian white maize, teff, linseed, psyllium husk, tapioca starch, rice flour, bamboo shoot fibre, calcium carbonate), baking powder [raising agents (450, 500), free flow agent (170), maize starch], salt.
To Make with Dairy: Add 125g sour cream or whipping cream and 125g cold mineral water or lemonade.
To Make Vegan: Add 65g Nuttelex, 60g dairy free milk and 90g cold mineral water or lemonade.
