Make a fabulous large or stacked gluten free chocolate cake for any celebration, or make cupcakes and freeze for lunch boxes. This mix makes a large 1kg cake so there's plenty to go around!
Ingredients: sugar, Wild Sourdough 1-to-1 Baking Flour (non-GMO maize starch, potato starch, non-GMO Australian white maize, teff, linseed, psyllium husk, tapioca starch, rice flour, bamboo shoot fibre, calcium carbonate), organic cacao, baking powder [raising agents (450, 500), free flow agent (170), maize starch], bi-carb soda, xanthan gum, salt.
To Make: Add coconut oil, 2 eggs or egg replacer and water.
