    Ingredients: buckwheat flour (49%), tapioca starch, rice flour, maize starch, raising agents (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate), potato starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), stabiliser (vegetable gum: methylcellulose).

    To Make: Add water, milk of choice and 3 eggs.

    To Make Vegan (egg free): Use Orgran No Egg in place of eggs.

    A bit bland and ordinary, better to make from scratch

    Just 3 points to make:
    1. You get a lot of mixture from the pack, I made 12 whole pan sized pancakes, great value
    2. I found the marketing a bit misleading "Dairy Free" and "Egg Free" yet the instructions suggest you use both or find substitutes.
    3. The taste was very bland and texture quite dense, they did not brown up much.

    If I were doing it again, I would just buy my own flour and make from scratch, the "mix" did not seem to add much value.
