This delicious bread is fantastic straight from the packet or toasted.
We receive the bread frozen and store in the freezer until shipped to maintain freshness. This bread has a shelf life of 14 days after thawing (which will be the day it leaves our warehouse - please choose express shipping if you purchase this product). It's also suitable to be re-frozen.
Ingredients: gluten free flour blend (corn starch, corn flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, organic psyllium husk, cellulose powder, xanthan gum, flaxseed flour, buckwheat flour, organic spirulina), seeds 11.2% (linseed, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds) filtered water, canola oil, brown sugar, fresh yeast, baking powder, iodised sea salt, vinegar.
