Finally we have sourced a gluten free panettone for families that miss this tradition at Christmas. Produced in Italy.
Ingredients:limoncello cream (15%) (sugar, water, limoncello liqueur (10%), glucose syrup, sunflower oil, com starch, gelling agent: pectin, concentrated lemon juice, preservative: potassium sorbate, emulsifiers: mono and di glycerides of fatty acids, flavours, colouring: lutein, salt), butter(milk), rehydrated skimmed milk, eggs, sugar, potato starch, corn starch, candied lemon peel (8%), (lemon peel, glucose fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: sulfur dioxide), rice flour, sourdough (rice flour, water, lactobacilli, salt), emulsifiers: mono and di glycerides of fatty acids, brewer's yeast, stabilizer sorbitol glycerine, thickeners: xanthan, guar gum, salt, flavour.
