Description:
This amazing wonton wrapper mix makes delicious wontons at home so easy! This pastry is more delicate than the dumpling mix which gives it a smooth silky texture. Finished wontons can then be pan fried, steamed, or boiled in a flash and you can even make them ahead and freeze for a quick but tasty diner on a busy night.
Ingredients: tapioca flour, glutinous rice flour, millet flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, xanthan gum (may be derived from soy, pea or corn), sea salt.
