Well & Good Egg Replacer is a fantastic vegan egg substitute, perfect for all of your baking needs. Each pack is equivalent to 20 eggs.
Ingredients: rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, corn starch, baking powder, vegetable emulsifier (mono diglycerides), chia seeds, flaxseed flour, psyllium husk, citric acid.
To Use: Replace one egg with 10g egg relacer powder (1 tbsp) and 50 mls water.
