Well & Good Pastry Flour is a quality gluten free flour for making shortcrust and rough puff pastry, as well as pasta such as fettuccine, spaghetti and gnocchi.
Ingredients: corn starch, rice flour, dextrose monohydrate, modified starch (tapioca, corn), thickeners (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose), sugar, psyllium husk, iodised salt, vegetable gum (xanthan), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), natural colour (turmeric).

It was created solely to develop food products free from the following commonly known allergens: gluten, wheat, dairy, peanut, tree nut, fish, shell fish and soy.
To Make: Add 100g margarine and 1 cup water.

I love the idea of this. As it’s hard to find GF DF VG pastry, but I’ve yet to perfect making it into proper pastry lol
It tastes nice when cooked, but yet to perfect the rolling out into a good shape so my filling stays in!
I think it would be perfect for the pie dish or pie make.
