Enjoy a full sized sandwich again with this wonderful soft gluten free bread. This delicous bread is fantastic straight from the packet or toasted.
We receive the bread frozen and store in the freezer until shipped to maintain freshness. This bread has a shelf life of 8 days after thawing (which will be the day it leaves our warehouse - please choose express shipping if you purchase this product). It's also suitable to be re-frozen.
Ingredients: gluten free flour blend (corn starch, corn flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, organic psyllium husk, cellulose powder, xanthan gum, mono di glycerides, flaxseed flour, buckwheat flour, organic spirulina), filtered water, oil blend (canola oil, olive oil), brown sugar, fresh yeast, baking powder, iodised sea salt, vinegar.
