An artisan bread that has a crusty exterior and soft interior. This is an unsliced loaf which has been par-baked so that all you need to do it pop it in the oven to finish the cooking process.

We receive the bread frozen and store in the freezer until shipped to maintain freshness. This bread is par-baked and uses gas-flushed packaging which gives it an extended shelf life of 20 days after thawing (which will be the day it leaves our warehouse - you may like to choose express shipping if you purchase this product). You can rejuvenate this bread like magic by baking it in a 180°C oven for about 10 minutes.

Ingredients: gluten free baking blend (corn starch, tapioca starch, cellulose powder, xanthan gum, potato starch, brown sugar, psyllium husk, baking powder, iodised sea salt, buckwheat flour, flax seed flour, spirulina), vegetable oil, sunflower seeds, linseeds, nigella seeds, poppy seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, millet seeds, yeast, sugar.
