This delicious pikelet mix by Rick Grant's is quick and easy to prepare and the kids will love it! It's also FODMAP friendly.
Ingredients: flour blends: tapioca, rice; starch: maize, potato; sugar, xanthan gum, raising agents: 500, 336.
To Make: Add to this pack 2 large eggs, 1 cup rice milk (or alternative), ¼ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter), 1 tsp vanilla essence, ½ - ¾ cup of water.
