I would recommend using patty cases inside the muffin tray if planning on using them for lunchbox treats. Cinnamon flavour is stronger than apple flavour but I didn’t mind that at all. Ingredients: gluten free flour blend (maize starch, maize flor, rice flour, tapioca starch), sugar, polydextrose, apple pieces (5%), palm oil (RSPO IP certified), raising agents (glucono delta lactone, potassium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), cinnamon, thickeners (xanthan gum), fibre, natural apple flavour.
To make: Add water, margarine and 2 eggs (or replacer).
