Ingredients:
Cake Mix: gluten free flour mix (potato starch, rice flour, tapioca flour), sugar, xanthan gum, cellulose powder, aluminium free baking powder, cocoa powder, vegetable emulsifier (mono diglycerides), natural flavours, iodised salt, natural colour (beta carotene).
Frosting Mix: (16.3%) icing mixture [sugar, maize, tapioca starch, thickener], cocoa powder.
