Ingredients: gluten free flour mix (rice, corn, tapioca), sugar, maltodextrin (corn), baking powder, vegetable emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides), natural vanilla flavour, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum), spices, psyllium husk.
