Description:
This amazing roast is quick and easy to prepare and perfect for a special vegan lunch or dinner.
Ingredients: dried puy lentils, Australian lupinflakes, walnutflour, pumpkin seed flour, non GMO texturised soyprotein, golden flax flour, dried vegetables (tomato, onion, celery), currants, salt, oregano, thyme.
Allergen Statement: Contains lupin, soy and tree nuts (walnuts). Lupin may cause reaction in people with peanut allergy.
To make: Add 500mls water and 60mls olive oil and stir until combined. Shape into a loaf and bake in the oven for 1 hour.
