Bodhi's Bakehouse Pancake Mix is a handy gluten free pancake mix that's also great for traveling or camping. We love it at Happy Tummies because it doesn't even taste gluten free! This one is even free from added sugar.
Ingredients: wholegrain chickpea flour, hi-maize flour, potato starch, maize flour, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, glucono delta lactone), iodised salt, vegetable gums, (guar gum, methylcellulose), natural flavours.
To Make: Add water.
