Day 12 of the 12 Days of Christmas - Fruit "Cake" Using Gingerbread House Cutters

Sick of making a gingerbread house? Want to impress the kids?

You'll need a whole watermelon to pull this one off. I bought a nice round one that was about 7kg so I could cut into slices and get the walls and roof sheets in one piece. I secured the whole house together with toothpicks. Decorate as desired and keep in the fridge until required. If you make one show me what you do on our Facebook page or tag us on Instagram!
