Gluten free, dairy free and vegan burger mix

These vegan burger patties are quick and easy to make and may be pan fried or oven baked. Simply add hot water, stand for 10 minutes and then after you've shaped them into patties you can shallow fry them or oven bake for 10 minutes. 

Ingredients: red beans, flours (chickpea, maize, rice), vegetables (carrot, potato, onion, parsley, spinach, garlic), spices (coriander, cumin, pepper), salt, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate E500).

Quick, easy and delicious!

This product is AMAZING. So easy to make, I can't believe you just need to add hot water. As soon as you add the water the colours are so vibrant and it smells delicious. Easy to shape into patties. I added a bit of salt, I assume they keep the salt content down to get the 5 Health Star Rating so I'm happy to just add my own. I really liked the texture, nice and crunchy on the outside and a bit softer on the inside but with some really nice chunky pieces. A lot of premade or frozen veggie burgers just taste like mashed potato so this was a really welcome change. Such good value for only $4.95 for dinner for the whole family. And great to take for work lunches too. A long shelf life so a great product to keep on hand in the pantry at all times. This will also be something I add to my holiday/camping cooking too.
